gallstones: choline, silica, hot lemon water

Sounds like gallstones. I had my gallbladder out and still make gallstone "sludge" in my liver...I perk up my liver with Acetyl L-Carnitine, hot lemon water for breakfast, choline from soy lecithin or poached egg yolk ,and silica from Horsetail Rush tea or capsules. Try a topical-only application to absorb VCO's Candida fighter, Undecylenic Acid, and whack back Candida with Caprylic Acid caps. Good observation. God bless! Tweet
