I don't put it on my skin. I take a couple tablespoons in the morning after I eat and repeat again at dinner. It's improved my skin from the inside out. It looks so healthy and hydrated now! It's not discolored and red like it used to be. And my Acne used to be terrible and my skin so red that I'd have to put cover-up all over my face like a clown and it didn't help because I had little white bumps that I could easily pick off along with a mulititude of acne. My Acne was so huge my son used to call them horns! lol. Now I just have a very light redness on my forhead and I feel so much better. I don't need cover-up anymore, but I use just a dab here and there now to cover up the light redness that remains for the time being. I know a lot of people are putting it on their skin and I'm sure that works, but if you are concerned with looking oily/greasy when going out like I did, then you could always try it my way. Just a suggestion = )
