I get my oil a few different ways. I drink it with some decaf ginseng tea in the morning and is like a quick pic me up and my cheecks get instant flush and sort of warm.Then I know its working and heating up my internal furnace. Also I make a protein shake with 0 carb whey protein powder,fruit Flavored Herb tea (Peach, Berry,etc) I add 6-7 strawberries, a handgfull of blueberries a few ice cubes and as I blend it I add 2 tablespoon of melted coconut oil to the shake so it doesnt harden but mix and blend with the shake itself. Works great and plus it has tons of antioxidants and protein.
