Nutiva says that the coconuts come from the Phillipines. They say that the coconuts are processed within two hours of being chopped. What they do not say is how long the coconuts have been off the trees before they are chopped. I wonder if the coconuts are picked in the Phillipines, shipped some where, and then processed ?
