i have a personal experience to back up what youve said:
one night i tried the cleanse without the Epsom Salts . i was very foolish one night and just impulsively gulped down a ton of olive oil and lemon juice. honestly i just wanetd to see what would happen- would it yield any results? would anything happen at all? i suppose i expected either a small amount of stones or nothing at all... but what i experienced was very, very different.
i felt so sick, as sick as ive ever felt- to the point where i could not lie still, but had to pace or toss restlessly in order to physically express and take my mind off of the incredible nausea. somehow, despite the crushing intensity of the nausea, i felt completely unable to vomit. after 2 hours of this i felt a "squelching" sensation, and a rumbling in my abdomen, similar to the sensation one usually experiences during a lier cleanse. this is a very different feeling from a rumbling stomach, mind you. IMMEDIATELY afterwards my feelings of discomfort were alleviated.
i imagine that this unpleasantness was caused by the buildup of pressure- since i did not take Epsom Salts , the ducts were narrow and it took more then 2 hours for the oil to squelch the stones through and pass. ugh! never again... Tweet
