Re: chronic excema in 2 years old daughter....need help!
Hi Hon. So sorry for your baby girls challenge. Have you tried something so simple as Evening Primrose Oil? I have known people who were totally cured with applying one capsule to the skin daily. Not even on the affected area. Just on any clear spot on the skin. Excema is an essential fatty acid deficiency in alot of people and so adding certain oils to the diet makes it go away. EPO seems to be more effective than other things.
It is important to address the efa issue as it can lead to even more serious illness if not taken care of.
When buying EPO I suggest that you bite into the capsule and if it does not taste fresh return the bottle and buy another brand and do the same. Oils go rancid quite easily and really should be processed in oxygen free and light free facilities. Really bad oils often go unnoticed because they are in caps and people don't taste them. And bad oils are very hard on the body. If you taste and it doesn't seem fresh, spit it out and rinse the mouth.
Even in one brand the freshness can vary. So if you find a good brand, test every bottle and don't just take it for granted that it is fresh.
At any rate I would do some web study on essential fatty acids and excema. I would also be careful about flax and borage oil as they cause
Depression in some people and a little baby won't be able to tell you if she feels depressed, tho it might be obvious in her mood, it might not.
Blessings
