Hi

Have you considered hot meals in a stainless steel flask? Side salad as well? Beans and rice make a wholesome meal, and with a few herbs/spices can be extremely tasty. What about a nice stew? Occasionally when my kids need to take lunch to school they like it warm.

If I bake cookies, I use plenty of eggs, spelt flour and oats mixed and only mollases and pure butter. There is nutrition in that and much healthier than anything shop bought.

A pot of homemade humous is nice with flax crackers and vege finger dips.
