It is yellowish and has a slightly bitter/sour aftertaste. It is fresh. I do not know exactly when it was milked from the cow. It tastes good really cold. I do have to shake it up to redisburse all the fat just before pouring.
We also got some unsalted butter and it is a little bitter, but it is so good and so satisfying.
Anybody else have experience with raw milk?
The farm where we purchased it sells it for pet consumption and they advise on the website to not even ask about questions for human consumption, since we live in a state where this is outlawed.
