I think a lot of the ingredients in the store bought breads (are you referring to 100% complete bread or any?) are crummy and unnecessary. I think eating those types of breads plus other processed junk would give you bowel/stomach problems. I also think if you were to eat 100% whole wheat unfermented/sprouted but the rest of your diet is highly nutritious and whole you won't have problems. I tend to go easy with the sprouted but don't do well with any unsprouted/fermented breads so I avoid. Buyer beware I guess.
