My sister gave me the book for my birthday,I didn't even know it exsisted!Anyway, I read about the benifits of the whey so I made some(originally for digestion health) but I got the worst bronchitis of the season at that time.So I started taking 1 tablespoon 3x a day and WOW! I got better so fast it was great!So I started givng my kids (who were starting on a cough)2 teaspoons 2x a day and they didn't get sick! Is this a mind trick I'm playing on myself or has anyone else benifited from the whey?
