AH! Marilyn thank you! I was about to post the very question about Organic UHT vs. regular pasturized. My computer was down for days and I just could not wait to get back here and ask that question and see how you responded.

Another thing I am going to try is getting our local health food store to carry Organic Valley's non-homogenized pasturized milk. If I can get this, then that will be great to use until we get our goats!
