how to seperate kefir grain from yogurt? They are Heterogeneous compound.

Hello,

I do put kefir grain in cow milk and 24 - 36 hour is pass. some milk turn to yogurt but it's look like the tofu and kefir grain are in there, too.

I use the colander (which use to move small fighting fish) to seperate the water part and tofu part but I can't move the grain out from them.

So, I wash it.. T_T

I'm not sure my kefir is dead already or not. T_T Tweet
