Re: grains from organic cow's milk or store bought milk

Hi,

Since my health is not good due to the candida and Multiple chemical sensitivities, I eat all organic foods. Since all non-organic foods have chemicals, non-organic milk has various chemicals due to the foods given to the cows.

Question: I am wondering if kefir grains raised in non-organic milk would be less nutritionally valuable because they are grown using non-organic milk. Upon receiving kefir grains grown in non-organic milk, would I be able to restore the goodness of the kefir grains by using organic cow's milk.

Question: You mentioned geniune water kefir grains...where would I be able to get those? How are they different?

Question: How can I convert milk kefir grains to water kefir grains?

In advance, thank you for your help as I am attempting to regain my health

By the way, I think it's great that you have a cow. When I was growing up we had a cow. She was like a part of the family. As a treat she loved potato peelings (and a piece of our peanut butter sandwiches) and with seven children in the family we ate a lot of potatoes!! : ))) I agree that all animals should be allowed free pastures to roam and live!

Take Care,
Alex
