mine have changed colors..AFTER TAPING UP
Hi All,
I stil have the bodypure pad stuck to my foot now...I leave it on as long as possible, at least 12 hours. I get the best results when I put the pad on normally, with the provided adhesive...but due to the size of the pad the the curves of feet (and I have flat feet, but it's still a curvy surface to flatten something down on!) I noticed the pad size kept it from being plastered against my skin. So I use bandage tape and wrap it nice and tightly-- not too tight to interfere with circulation, but right over the whole regular adhesive pad, I wrap my foot up. The one night I only put the tape over it once (because I ran out of tape) I got at least 50% less on the pad.
I also noticed a big help in brewing some real detox tea from herbs and drinking a couple cups a day...before bed but not too close to bed so I'm not waking up 2 hours later for the bathroom! My all-time favorite tea is Dr. Foster's Chai spice with a little maple syrup. It's a bag of loose herbs, you put a few tablespoons in a pot of water, simmer til it's nice and dark--sometimes I let it simmer then sit overnight. Anyway, you could try the cheaper/easier health store bags of detox tea too, I do like the Yogi brand for prebagged tea. But nothing beats Dr. Fosters...you can find it under liver/gallbladder products at
http://www.drfostersessentials.com/ I used to go to her when I lived in LA and she's very VERY particular about the strength and general perfection of her herbs! (A sweet woman and awesome healer too)
