My question, too, but who to ask???

It seems that no one is supporting this forum any more, but still I wanted to mention that I,too, have started to wonder about these patches. I have so far used up eleven and 1/2 boxes (10 patches per box,)the colour is as always, murky dark grey/brown, no change! Would be great to get feedback from someone who has no financial interest in these patches, but where will we get this?
