I would suggest you repost this on "ASK curezone team forum "
so you get more answers.
Look at forums, then click on hot Support Forums ,
you will see the main ongoing detox forums
like the Master Cleanse Forum ,
Liver Flushing forum
parasite forum
vitamin c forum etc..
and ask curezoen team forum.
if you do not see a forum listed, you can do a search alphabetically to see what is there.
you can also view current messages form blogs on the homepage.
or all blogs alphabetically even

some of the old forums,
are well worth looking at old posts (topic matter)
that might give you ideas to meet problems in your life as well.

I would also suggest you do NOTHING until you first do some info gathering.

when i first came here. (under a different name)
I spent a few weeks just learning, researching ,
looking at budgetability,
circumstances with the different detoxes
that i might shape into a healing path that best suited me.

it worked out very well,
and I set up mini monthly goals,
and also 3 month goals,
then re-accessed where I was at
and what did I feel necessary at that time.

you have the power to make your own decisions.
only you know what your time structures are,
what your $ empowerment is,
and what best suits your lifestyle needs.

don't make your decisions
just because someone else sees it
as a top priority in their life..
your life is not theirs,
follow your heart towards
what YOUR body tells you it needs first.

there are so many areas to explore..
think of it like a fair 8)
and you have x tickets in your hand right now,
wouldn't you take time to look at all the rides first?
so that you made sure you selected the rides
that YOU most wanted ? *smile*
approach it like that and you will learn alot
goto the cleansing forums and ask questions..
what is it? what is involved in it?

don't forget the vitamin c discussion and support forum
as well. or reading about dry skin brushing, and rebounding etc.
