Re: antibiotics and thrush

It appears that the use of Antibiotics has possibly opened the door for the establishment of a dominant Candida colony. The Candida will continue to thrive as long as Antibiotics are used.
I would suggest some important changes in your diet: First of all, eliminating all sugars and Sugar forming foods (bread and pastas) and minimizing the use of fruit juices. Then, adding raw cultured food every day. Some examples of these foods are: Sauerkraut, Kim Chi and Live Salsa (all three by Rejuvenative Foods) and if you are ok with dairy, good quality yogurt or kefir. Finally I would consider using Primal Defense by Garden of Life.
It will take a few months to reestablish proper balance, so you have to be consistent and patient.
