YAY!! That is SO great to hear!!! I'm so happy it is working for you!! In the past I was on birth control pills also. At first it was because I was sexually active but then I continued on them for skin reasons. And I agree nothing is as good as the B&P. My skin has never been so clear. I used to take Lo-Estrin. I was on it for 7.5 years and I wish I could go back and do it over. I've been off the pill for 3 years now and my cycles are still irregular and I haven't been able to get pregnant yet. *sigh* But I just have to keep at it. I've done so much already but I think I may still have liver congestion. So have you stopped the Accutane? You'll have to let me know how your colon hydrotherapy goes. I think that's going to help you a lot too. I know what you mean about spending so much time washing your face! I used to be obsessive! And you're right it takes away from doing the things you enjoy cause you're always thinking about your skin. Co-Q10 is an antioxidant similar to vitamin E. It's wonderful! I take it everday. This is what one of my books says: "Co-Q10 plays a crucial role in the generation of cellular energy, is a significant immunologic stimulant, increases circulation, has anti-aging effects, and is beneficial for the cardiovascular system. It exists everywhere in the body, the hightest concentrations in the heart, followed by the liver, spleen, and pancreas. Co-Q10 helps to metabolize fats and carbohydrates and maintains the flexibility of cell membranes."
