Foot Pad Progress

Hello all! I was curious, Dr. V and everyone who is in maintenance, what your pads look like when you can progress to manintenance. Mine have always been dark brown/green and the color hasen't looked much different but some days they seem less uh, gooky (maybe dense??). I have started DMPS and I have lots of black flecks, which I understand to be signs of metals. I just finished a month or so off of the pads and last night I started up month #3 of pad use. I know everyone has different levels of toxicity but I was curious how long it took for everyone and what their pads looked like at the end.
