take one tbsp of Epsom Salt orally, dissolved in juice or water, amount of juice should equal all juice that you will drink today.

That way Epsom Salt will not be concentrated, and it will not be hard to swallow.

That one tbsp will be absorbed, and will not cause diarrhea.

Diarrhea is caused by too much of Epsom Salt , or by drinking too concentrated solution.
