Epsom Salts Enema?

Hi everyone

I did my last (8th) flush a week ago and was pain free for the first time in ages, but just for a few days. The pain has now returned although it is more around the liver now than it used to be. (I guess it is stones moving forward)

The thing is that I am having REAL trouble with taking the Epson Salts. It does not matter if they are mixed with apple juice, encapsulated etc. I start to feel very nauseous within five minutes of taking it. The sickness lasts for several hours and sometimes I have not been able to keep it down at all.

I was wondering if any knows whether or not taking the Epsom Salts as an enema would have a similar result? Also, is there a possibility that a coffee enema could be useful as it dilates the ducts in the liver etc.

Any suggestions please?
