It's me again> Question about swollen, receding bleeding gums and treatment?

Hi Dr.,
How do I rid myself of this gum dis-ease? I have swollen, bleeding, receding gums. The receding is at one tooth bottom front tooth. I am sure it is a infection(DUH!@*&^) What would you recommend? I hear Hydrogen peroxide 35% food grade but How much, how often? I am open for whatever suggestions you have considering you are a professional in this field and incorporate natural healing, HALLELUJAH!!!!
