You are a blessing to your family. You seem to be doing it just right, not by nagging them, but by example. Keep on showing them the way.
As far as your son is concerned, I would recommend a composite (plastic filling) or a porcelain inlay, as the lesser of the evils. The porcelain material is preferable but is usually more expensive and requires more tooth reduction.
You should use the patches, as they are not, unlike some harsh chelators, strong enough to leach mercury or other toxins from the teeth, but by using them every day are quite effective for soft tissue toxin removal (liver, kidneys, etc.)
Note: To make the patches even more effective, I recommend you take a hot (careful not to burn yourself)
Epsom Salt foot or body bath before placing them on your dried foot.
