Re: the ”stones” debate revisited

Thanks so much for telling your story...

I have been looking for someone who has "crossed the chasm" to the other side of this health hell. I have been battling strange and unexplainable symptoms for 4 years, that as I look back on them all point to the Liver/GB area. I have done 10 flushes and removed well over 1,000 stones and lots of tan-colored chaff. My pain level is different with each flush - sometimes gone, sometimes intermittent.

I don't know if others have experienced symptoms like these, so let me mention them along with my thoughts (based on books/internet/alternative docs):

* lower right abdominal pain - we found knots in the psoas muscle which we believe are caused and referred by inflammation upstream in the liver/GB area - since this muscle goes from under ribs to hip bone. I had many colonics that helped (since the pain is near the ileocecal valve in the colon), but not permanently. So we believed that something else must be the cause. I've since noticed that when I have a GB "flare up", I feel pain in this region as well, which makes the link for me. When I originally went to my acupuncturist several years ago he told me that I had "congestion" around my liver...but I didn't understand this at the time. I "think" I do now :)

* Upper back pain - primarily on right side. This is my most frustrating symptom in the last year. I have had times when the pain went from severe to completely gone just by drinking the 6:00 PM Epsom Salts (per Dr Clarks method), and subsequently stayed away for weeks after that flush. I have had other times when it really didn't go away after a flush. I've also been able to make it subside using the Coptis and Curcuma herbs from sensiblehealth.com. This makes me believe there's a connection here.

* Fatty stool - after the zillions of medical tests that I've done over the last 3 years that all found nothing (things like colonoscopy, upper GI, HIDA scan, 2 GB sonograms, many blood tests...all the standard/fun GI tests), the ONLY one that showed something wrong was a fecal fat test. This showed fat malabsorption, and manifests as greasy stools. Per Dr Clark's book, her explanation would be that stones are blocking bile flow, which is needed to break down the fat. I've recently noticed changes in my stool, but it still looks somewhat greasy. Progress?

* Standard liver/under right rib cage discomfort -- like everybody else

* Chest pains - These had to be caused by severe gas. They were so bad one night that I went to the ER, and of course (I guess thankfully), they found nothing. I would have to chalk this up to poor digestion due to bile blockage.

I have noticed throughout my 9 or so months of flushing that my digestion at times is far better than it's ever been. I'm still "stuck in the middle of the chasm", but hopefully very close to the other side and the land of health. I am eating what I think are all the right things, exercising, taking good supplements, meditating, and thinking positive thoughts....

As you all know, just finding another person that can even UNDERSTAND what we're going through is so comforting...

Thanks for sharing.
