evne tho may peopel ( asi did then ) believe d it was a healthy diet. drnak milk ate cheese/ate red meat.... mostly roasted chaicken tho.
as i sai di gre wmy own veggies/ gbeans squashes corn and okra salaad onions etc/chard
had a very large herb garden and used them all.
i hav e always eatend alto of oatmeal except in apst yea r not as much / but g ettign bak cint o it sicne i lov e it.
i am now non dairy/ no red meat/ no soy dirnks / raely a soy patty
about onc ea month soem sliced roast chiken on a sandwich.
about once eveyr 3 motn sh i do pan fyr in extemeely samll amt o foil salmon patteis/ but i am givign tah tup sicen readign a post lappppis gave on toxinx in diff fishes.
i hat eht taste of tuna/ i eat alot of frieuts veggies and paltn proteins adn good grains/ i feel better insdi etha n i did when i was trignign aaaaaas far as foo dhealth .
and with these forums which my kids turne dme onto ...i am now getting better thant ever!! i knwo i needed alto of detoxing and rebuilidin my immuen systme.i feel far better able to get thru this upcommign witner now. (jstu gotto ge t soem thermal s !!!
you knwo youcan substitute applsauce for oils in almost any recipe? and the juicemand has many good calcium recipes / many have more calcium epr galss thant a glass of milk....i mean wher edo cows get theri calcium form lol!!!? food fo rthought?
