Re: scheduled for operation

At 0.6cm I would say you are darn lucky!!! Mine are 1cm and others here have stones over 2cm. The calcified stones are harder to get out and you may need a few flushes to get them. Each flush will gradually clear the bile ducts of your liver and you will feel enormous health benefits.

In the meantime, start on Gold Coin Grass as soon as possible (see www.sensiblehealth.com). It's a Chinese herb that dissolves/breaks down the stones. It takes a while but it does work. One poster has a 2.74mm that reduced down to 2.3mm (from memory) in 6 months. OK, that's slow but it won't take long to get yours down to 0.5cm, the average size of the bile duct exit from the gall bladder. Then with the help of olive oil, your gallbladder will be able to squeeze those babies out!!

Start flushing, you won't regret it. Most of us do the Hulda Clark flush with the Epsom Salts . Some people react adversely to the Epsom Salts so perhaps give them a test run first by taking a tablespoon in a glass of water (it will give you the runs). As long as you don't have any kidney discomfort then they'll be fine. A good addition to the HC flush is a litre of freshly juiced apple juice for 4 to 6 days leading up to the flush. The malic acid in the apples (highest in Granny Smiths) helps soften and break down the stones.

Just a warning, your doc will probably tell you the flush is either crap or dangerous. Thousands of testimonies on this site will prove otherwise.

Good luck.

ps. clean up your diet too. Cut out all refined/processed foods and especially hydrogenated vegetable oils. Eat lots of whole foods, soak your grains/legumes at least 12 hours, eat good fats - don't make the mistake of going low fat - your liver needs fats to keep the bile flowing nicely.
