Just a warning.....

An elderly friend of mine just had to undergo emergency gallbladder removal for a lodged gallstone.

She was successfully flushing the smaller stones, but didn't know she had two large gallstones. One got lodged as it was being pushed out in one of her flushes. She ended up going into the emergency room.

The doctor told her that flushing is okay, but it's best to get an ultrasound done first to make sure you don't have large stones that might get stuck.
