Hi,

When I do an enema, I rarely do just one. I do one after another after another until I get nothing but clear colorless water out.

To get the tube in, I lay on my back and pull my knees and head up towards each other. After its in, I lay my head down and try to relax and breath deep (helps for me).

I know I should do abdominal massage but it makes me feel nausaus (sp?) - maybe I do it too hard?

If I put a lot of water in, it takes several minutes for it all to come out (but not all at once). And I experience a bit of cramping too until its all out. After that I feel good.
