Hi all,
After the olive mixture I fell asleep very fast but then I woke up at 1 am with nausea and I threw up. It happened to me before but I was determined. After that I was very relieved and in the morning I just didn't have the strenght to drink the other 2 Epsom Salt drinks so I gave myself a coffe enema instead which cleared out the stones. So it was effective. And by the way, I feel really great now, I'm doing a two day fast. I'm fastong today and tommorow and doing Bowel Cleanse and parasites cleanse. Today I have herbal teas, anti parasite formula and P&b shakes and of course enema and dry skin brushing.
So far it is going well only I feel a little weak and have a slight headache but I address it to the detox effect.
How did your cleansing go?
