Dear Flowerchild,

I have tried virgin coconut oil and it didn't seem to make any difference. Did not try shea butter though. Thank you for the suggestion. So far I've discovered that baking soda in his bath water and Noxema cream on his skin does the best for keeping it in check. But I know there are many other things to try out, yet. I am seeking for and hoping for a "cure". There are some things I saw on the Eczema Forum that I want to try. (Should probably join that Forum, too.)
Thank you for the support in breastfeeding. At almost 9 months, I still have hardly fed him any solids. He doesn't seem too interested yet. There may be a whole new set of reactions to deal with then :) We'll see. We just take it one situation at a time.
