FAT INTOLERANCE

New to posting here, but been reading this site for a long time. Here is the basic dilemma. I'm 24 yrs old, and am into health/nutrition/exercise and bodybuilding. My main problem is handling fats in my diet. I've read and tried every diet known to man, both mainstream and bodybuilding related. My main problem is what seems to be a fat intolerance. Whenever I eat foods even moderate in fat I get very bloated in my abdominal region, and sometimes my face swells, especially under the chin giving the appearance of a double chin. Now I understand food allergies /intolerances can cause those problems. For example I react strongly w/ eggs OR egg whites, and I know eggs are a commen allergen, same thing w/ nuts. But even if I eat chicken or turkey w/ extra skin, or olive oil on it, I get the bloat. I'm fine w/ boneless/skinless though. BTW i'm not clueless, I'm a nutritional biochemistry major and spend most of my free time reading research, books, etc. in regards to nutrition, and I also believe strongly in alternative medicine and avoid going to the Dr. and taking any drugs unless absolutely necessary.

I've done about 4 Liver Flushes ( Hulda Clark ) and have eliminated what appears like 100's of small stones, but also 1x I released a few solid, floating masses that were larger than a golfball. So big, in fact I had a fissure that lasted weeks, the pain was terrible. But still, I still have problems digesting fats. It seems temporarily that I can have some after a flush, but the problem returns. Perhaps I need to keep flushing. But anyone else w/ a fat intolerance that can only get lean eating extra-low fat foods. The only few foods that don't cause severe bloating are boneless skinless chicken, turkey cutlets or 99% lean ground, yams and sweet potatoes. Almost everything else is a problem, nuts, eggs, tomatoes, ALL dairy (including whey), rice and rice cakes, even broccoli and green beans. The list goes on, just some examples.

I've eaten low fat for a while now, and get leaner easier, but I do enjoy foods w/ fat and know the importance of some fat in the diet. One thing that I noticed the last few times I experimented w/ a high fat meal, is that I got really bad stomach cramps, and soon after got diarrhea. I also noticed that when I go to the bathroom, the smell is very foul, similar to the smell when I eliminate after doing a Liver Flush (sorry for the grossness). Which makes me think my liver is still congested, b/c it only happens w/ high fat meals.

I also have a lot of food allergies /sensitivites. From years of dieting, I can almost "FEEL" when I react negatively, I can feel it inside, and I get bloated, looking like I gained 10lbs in a few minutes. Any help would be appreciated.

Another thing, HOW does Epsom Salt actually allow the bile ducts to dialate, what is the mechanisms involved.
