if it's your reguler zapper, it's just 7-on 20-off 7-on 20-off 7-on so you've got a little over an hour of zapping. you don't have to be really precise but that's the amount that you should get to expect results(if you take more time it doesn't matter). Huldah clark said to zap at least once a day for at least 2 weeks so I would say try that and see how well it works for you. It depends on your problems whether you'll be expecting results in a certain amount of time. But, quite a few people experience a "die-off" effect after a couple or three days. So you might feel pretty bad for the first few days but it's well worth it!
