If your product was ordered by Monday morning and was scheduled to ship by UPS, it is probably on the way to you.

The FDA has told us that we should have most of our equipment back by the end of this week. I will keep everyone posted.

Yes, everyone should write to the CDRH division of the FDA and tell them that the zapper is a public domain device and that it should be freely available to anyone without hinderance. You should also tell them that it really works as they really believe that people are brainwashed into using them.
