if it feels "itchy" then the majority of the current is being conducted via the skin and not reaching the blood. Tens electrodes are far too large. Narrow electrodes are nessecary to achieve the correct "volume current" in the blood. The design of the electrodes is critical to the effectiveness of the process. It took me some time to get the electrode design right for my machines. Read Becks papers.

Also it can take a few tries to find the best position for the electrodes, when you find the right spots, the sensation changes from the itchy feeling you describe to and dull throbbing sensation. It's different for each person. So get some electrodes as Beck reccomended and experiment.

I heard someone mention on one forum that zapping or BE'ing the liver is key because that is a place where viruses, bacteria, and parasites can replicate. Beck left this out or didn't realize the importance of zapping/BE'ing the gut.
