I have thoroughly reviewed Michaels story and his problem is that he made an agreement with the FEDs and broke it. He agreed to a court order that did not allow him to make any unsubstantiated medical claims about any product. He then left the country and continued to claim that the products that he sold cured people.
He was arrested for violating a court order.
There is a significant difference between claiming cures and reporting statistical data as reported by users. This statistical data can be published provided it is fairly and reasonably produced. This is something that can be substantiated.
