Re: Jucing Recipes

As this message is quite old when i responded, I decided to post this for others that may become interesting in jucing.

First of all don't get carried away with using greens or strong vegies. You should start with the best tasting and easy to stomach drinks first.

Your first juice should be carrot. If you want to make it a little sweeter (raw carrot is very sweet anyways) add 1/4 apple. Personally I prefer to add a stick of Celery in mine.

Only after you see really how great raw juice is would i recommend expirmenting by adding any green vegies. These can be really strong and have an immediate efect on most people.

Remember, raw juice right from the juicer is pre-digested, and will be absorbed directly into the bloodstream upon drinking. Green vegies, even in small amounts, are very powerful and will have a very strong effect on the body; so go slowly at first.

Fruit is always good, but don't over do unless you need to flush yourself out. (Always peel oranges or grapefruits).

All-in-all, a simple carrot juice is probably the best food substance you can put into the human body. Filled with natural vitamins and minerals, loaded with beta carotin, nothing is better for the skin after exposure to the sun.
