Anything green is the healthiest for you ,and a small piece of ginger root will add some zest to any blend you come up with.I like parsley,spinach,celery,green apple,and maby some carrot.EZ on the ginger ,a small one inch is all it takes but it does make a difference.Get your juicing routien down pat to where you can juice, drink, clean, and go.It's a worth while investment .Good luck
