Question about Eczema

My dermatologist diagnosed me with eczema on my hands over 2 years ago, but I just can't get it under control on my middle finger right hand. I have used Elidel, and now am using Protopic, i do not want to use steroids. So my question is, do I have eczema or psoriasis. The symptoms are that the skin on my finger is usually dry, always have to moisturize, but then it gets like little holes under my skin that I can see (almost like little holes under my skin with water in them) about the size of a pin head and then when the rise tot he surface they are exposed and usually i need to put a bandaid on my finger till they are all healed. Now is this eczema, Psoriasis or something else???? I usually use Protopic at night time and I know I'm supposed to use it twice a day, but am I treating the right disease from what everyone else can tell from their experience. Thanks.
