300 oranges or 18 grams of Ascorbic etc

Now lets see if I was trying to reverse Heart Disease I would need 18 grams of Vitamin C! So I would have to eat about 300 oranges a day. My oranges may not contain the 60mg of Vitamin C I had hoped through farming methods and picking also. I would find it extremely hard to eat 300 Oranges a day. Without eating this my heart disease would just get worse and eventually I would die.

Now all I have to do is get Sodium Ascorbate, Ascorbic Acid and have 4 spoons of powder and I get a good 20 grams a day. I don't get any of the other nutrients that was in the fruit but when you are dealing with these figures who needs them? Its like firing a hundred scud missiles over a small area, ONE WILL GET THERE. If we didn't have a hundred we would need advanced guidance systems and precision bombing techniques.

Now lets look at COq10 for heart disease and I need to have 22.5 pounds of meat or 65 pounds of spinach. Again I am not guaranteed these figures will match up with modern farming methods etc.

I can just go and get a 300mg COq10 supplement and get exactly what I need and see heart disease reversal within 2-5 months.

No one denies that eating fruit and Veg is excellent but for serious disease healing such as heart disease etc the only way to doing this and quickly (some people ain't got time) is Vitamins and supplements. Anyone who says otherwise is a fool and again I will always say to people to ask Cancer suffers who've been cured with Vitamins etc what they think!
