Zapping will help. I also recommend you take Colloidal Silver . You can buy your own CS generator for as little as $20 but the $100 automatic ones are a lot easier to use and make better CS. DMSO is also excellent when combined with CS. DMSO helps the CS to penetrate the herpes virus which has a protective coating on it making it tough to knock out. 1part DMSO/ 9 parts CS will really help and it's a cheap alternative.
