Thank you for your message and advice. I have been trying to help myself without the proper research and information. Postings like yours and other members of this forum are really helping me a lot and I am grateful for it.

I also think that your suggestion of the drainage is excellent. I have done one week of Clarkia with very little side effects and one week of Schulze's Formula 1 pretty well.

The Terminator experience appears to have been too much so far, so I have decided to postpone it until I finish the rest of the suggested detoxes (whatever colon detox I have left and liver & kidney thereafter).

I have usually had pretty good health, but I was once diagnosed as having candida in my intestines plus other parasites. This was done by a MD who gave me some medication. I used to have a "yellow toenail" and I took Dandelion, avoided Sugar (which I still do) and used a topic solution on the nail. It cleared in a month or two.

So, I thought that I was candida free. It appears now that I was far from the truth. Who knows what else was I brewing.

Regarding my current die off symptoms, I have taken Arginine + Ornithine and a bunch of digestive enzimes. Symptoms cleared throughout the day and I am happy about it. I will also get the drainage solution, because it makes a lot of sense to take it.
