Neeed help on this

I began using the Terminator II and I zapped once a day, during the past three days. Yesterday I did it once for about 70 minutes. A couple of hours afterwards I began feeling somewhat dizzy and nauseated. I did not sleep too well during the night and this morning I still feel "funny," as if I am not really myself.

Questions: Is this a normal reaction? Is there any way to get rid of these symptoms? Do I have to continue zapping or shall I stop it for a while?
