Re: Wow, this sounds great!

To me it really tasted like cheesecake. It definately is creamy.
Here is my advice.

Pie Pan: I took some ghee and just rubbed a really thin coat of it in the pan. If you dont use ghee( clarafied butter) the crust will stick and get all broken). Im sure you could use an oil that is tasteless too.

Crust Ingredients: Process these just until it is mixed enough. It taste good when it still has small chunky pieces of nuts in it. So do not over process it and make it smooth.

Cheese Filling: I would just make this and forget about adding the sauce or strawberries. Like i said, when the pie is fresh out of the freezer after 8 hours, it tastes best just defrosted on the counter for a minute or two.
You can always add fresh sliced strawberries or sauce later on.

I like it straight out of the freezer, but my mom liked it with the strawberries defrosted for like an hour so see which way you like it better.

Maybe cover half the pie in strawberries and sauce and then see which side you like better.

This is really really tasty though and is a great dessert.
