i never knew this, but i read a tip from Andreas, to eat sweet things first when digestive rate is higher.. then there is a sequence of eating each food group separately to better help the body digest intake.
when we eat sweet type stuff like fruits etc last/
we our digestive energies are much lower and thus the extra calories have greater chance of being converted to fat storage.
i thought that was very interesting.
also eating agni rate is highest between 12-100 afternoon.
so i try to make that my biggest meal of day around that time.
