Look at it this way the body is made up of these:-

LIGHT, SOUND, ELECTRICITY

When you look at everything it all comes down to electricity and frequency and the same is for everything we see and touch. When you go deep enough you will understand that everything is actually an illusion especially if you understand how the eyes really work. Light is frequency, Sound is frequency! This is why light is also a good healer such as LED arrays. Its not really the light that heals but the frequency (electricity) of that color that does the job. This is why frequency healing is so powerful. Shine a LED ARRAY from V on your skin and watch it heal 5x faster this is why NASA and the Military got heavily into LEDs.

For ultimate health we need to go back and look at nature.
