I buy organic oats and cook about 1/2 cup of them in about 1 1/3 cup water on the stovetop, boil the water first then add the oats, cook about 10 minutes until the cereal is the right moist consistency, stirring regularly toward the end, then eat. Tastes great! I eat mine with broccoli and EVCoconut oil, sounds weird but sure hits the spot for me.
I understand you're supposed to buy the whole Irish oat groats and they have to cook like 45 minutes, but I haven't done that. Tweet
