Ammonia not alcohol

I think you may be confused. Dr. Clark said it was ammonia that is released, not alcohol. She says to take Ornithine for the insomnia.

She believes insomnia is caused by a high ammonia level in the brain. Orinthine is an ammonia reducer which induces sleep in sleep-deprived persons. She observed that after killing parasites is when the ammonia is produced. The human body does not produce the ammonia. It is produced by the parasites.

Ornithine is an amino acid. Arginine is another amino acid that also reacts with ammonia, but does not put you to sleep. It will bring on alertness so it is not recommended to be taken before bed time. Just take the Ornithine.

The following is from page 244 of her book " The Cure For All Diseases ".

"Ornithine, given at bedtime, may take ½ hour to do its magic. Both are perfectly safe, since they are natural to your body, and a food constituent. Start by taking two ornithine capsules (each 500 mg.) on the first night. Take four the next night. Take six the night after and choose the dose you like best. Sometimes it takes five days to “catch up” on everything that needs to be done for the brain and get you sleeping."

Get a copy of her book " The Cure For All Diseases " to find out more.
