This recipe is just what Pushkin wanted.....THANK YOU . and here is a message for Espen..... I LOVE raw fish and have eaten it all my life !. This recipe is marinated, but to be quite frank, I much prefer to eat fish that have come straight out of the sea. I do not like lake fish. No reason..We catch fish, despatch them straight away, gut and fillet them and eat straight away. Yummy Tweet
