not all zappers are expensive, unless you are in a hurry.

www.zapperplans.com can take a while (not always, but i have seen some complaints) but they only cost us canadians about $15.00 ....

just a thought...or you could get someone who knows about how to read those plans of hulda's and make one yourself...

first and foremost..change your diet, get thee to on herbalist or something of the sort, and do the things you can immediately do (like cutting out starches and sugars)...
