Re: Acidophilus & Acne

I agree that acidophilus is a great support in lessening Acne symptoms however every individuals body chemistry is different & effected or not effected differently by different things. I personally have experienced the positive affects of yogurt in my diet as a treatment (or at least something that subsides the symptoms) for acne. Is there a brand of acidophilus or somewhere that you purchase it that you could suggest? I have personally found that the labels on acidophilus will state something like "millions of organisms or live active cultures as time of manufacture or bottling" but who knows when that was, right?
